Terms and Conditions – 7777xp Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of the 7777xp platform — whether on desktop, mobile browser, or through the dedicated app — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of what is written here, you should not use the platform.

These terms form the complete legal agreement between you and 7777xp. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility

To use 7777xp, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are using the platform as an individual, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list that you yourself have activated.
• You understand that gaming involves financial risk and you accept that risk voluntarily.

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits

All deposits on 7777xp are processed in PKR. The platform currently supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is near-instant, though bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within a reasonable time, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. You may be asked to verify your identity before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a set threshold.

Processing times depend on your VIP tier:

• Bronze and Silver: Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Gold: Withdrawals are prioritised and typically processed within 24 hours.
• Platinum and Diamond: Same-day processing as standard, subject to payment provider timelines.

7777xp reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, ongoing identity verification, or a pending bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been completed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7777xp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers through the Promotions section and as part of the VIP Club. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which will always be clearly stated before you opt in.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window, after which they expire.
• Standard promotional bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the resulting funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the combined bonus-plus-deposit total, unless stated otherwise in the offer's individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game type is listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback earned through the VIP programme is credited with no wagering requirement attached. It is available to withdraw or use on any game as soon as it lands in your account each Monday.

Voiding of Bonuses

7777xp reserves the right to void a bonus and any associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, exploited through low-risk staking strategies, or obtained through a system vulnerability that the player reasonably should have identified as unintended.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Use

7777xp is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with any part of the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or process payments on behalf of third parties.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

Accounts found in violation of these rules will be suspended pending investigation. If fraud or abuse is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited. 7777xp may also report suspicious activity to relevant financial institutions where required.

8. Betting Rules

Sports betting on 7777xp covers cricket, football, esports, and other markets. The following general rules apply to all bets placed through the Bet section:

• A bet is confirmed only once you receive an on-screen confirmation and it appears in your bet history. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance if the odds have moved or the market has been suspended.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets are settled according to the specific rules of that sport, which are displayed within each market.
• For PSL, T20 internationals, and other cricket events, in-play betting is available on selected markets. Live odds update in real time and the platform is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's end that may affect the ability to place in-play wagers.
• 7777xp reserves the right to void bets placed after an event outcome has already been determined, whether due to a data feed delay or any other technical error.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport and market type.

Decisions made by 7777xp on bet settlement are final. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you may raise a dispute through our support team within 30 days of the relevant event's conclusion.

9. Privacy

7777xp takes the privacy of its players seriously. Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in line with our Privacy Policy, which you should read alongside these terms. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described there.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. 10. Responsible Gaming

• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
